There isn't a brake controller wiring harness for the 2004 Chevy Workhorse RV chassis. It is possible that the RV came with one. Sometimes they plug in under the driver's seat but would otherwise be located under the dash. It is also possible that it does not have a place to plug a brake controller into and could just have tow package wires under the dash. I'd recommend you use our Brake Controller Installation Kit, part # ETBC7, The kit includes a 4-pole to 7-way adapter. If you no longer need the 4 pole round connector, you can simply remove it, and wire it directly to the 4-pole provided by the adapter after you cut the connector off.
